After gaining a comprehensive understanding of your requirements, we’ll present you with a selection of suitable options. You’re then able to choose the dog that not only appeals to you the most but also fits your needs perfectly. Rest assured, all options we provide are fully capable of meeting your requirements.
Following your selection, we require a 50% deposit to begin the final preparation phase. This involves scheduling sessions with our team of professional trainers, including scenario training with decoys, to ensure a smooth transition during our three-day handover program. Upon completion of this program and delivery of your dog, the remaining balance is due.
Our commitment to you extends beyond the initial purchase. After completing the in-person delivery, our aftercare process kicks in. This includes scheduled follow-up training sessions, visits, and ongoing support via phone, email, and text messages, ensuring you have all the assistance you need as you welcome your new protector into your home.
