While it’s rare for such situations to occur due to our thorough interviewing and matching process, we understand that every dog-owner relationship is unique. Therefore, we offer a 90-day exchange policy in the unlikely event that you feel the dog you received isn’t the right fit for you.

During this period, we will work closely with you to understand your concerns and preferences, and if necessary, facilitate an exchange for a similar dog that better aligns with your needs and lifestyle.
